The bootcamp is for anyone who wants to build products and would rather rely on a clear method than on gut feel. No programming knowledge is required. What matters is the willingness to steer the AI actively rather than follow it.

- What surprised me was that I could pull off a big project quickly while always staying in control and keeping an overview of what was happening. I basically felt like a project manager with a five-person dev team working around the clock.

- Working in a structured way and prioritizing the most important features up front makes the whole job easier, and it's essential to a project's success.
- What's next?
- Next, I'll be adding the features I've been longing for to my Kanban board. That includes integration with GitHub and Claude Code, with tickets that change status automatically.
Bootcamp information
Day 1: Foundations & Method
What is product engineering, and how does it differ from vibe coding and conventional development? How do you steer AI effectively without creating chaos? Together in a workshop we produce the product vision, requirements, and user stories: the clean basis for the development workflow.
Day 2: Build & Deploy
The whole day is about execution. With active coaching, a real product takes shape story by story, with real product decisions and a live deployment at the end.
